1. The Peleton App (90 Day Free Trial)
I don’t have the bike—but the app is nice, and has tons of workouts you can do from the comfort of your home. I’m partial to the yoga workouts. #namaste.

I can’t expound upon its benefits since I’ve really only used it twice, but I FEEL healthier just having it on my phone. Interesting how that work, eh?
2. These Pretzels
We all have to enjoy the small wins these days. Next time you find yourself at the grocery store, do yourself a little favor and grab a bag of these!

I love music. If I’m not on the phone it’s usually playing in the background. You’ve all seen my shameless Spotify playlist plugs… but recently I stumbled upon these lofi chillhop Youtube videos and they are LEGIT.
