Every week (almost) I want to share at least 3 things I’ve enjoyed. These could be articles, products, restaurants, apps, or whatever. Feel free to share your favorites in the comments or let me know if you like the same things! Would love your feedback 😎
1. Narrative
I’ve been a Photo Mechanic fan for YEARS. However, Narrative Select has become a game-changer in the sorting/culling process for me. Basically, it uses an algorithm to sort your best photos based on focus and if eyes are open/closed. It then ranks photos and allows you to sort from there.
It’s not perfect, but it has saved me hours and made culling a 7,000+ photo wedding seem much less daunting.
2. Sticker Mule
I’ve said it before, but Sticker Mule is by far my favorite when it comes to custom stickers! All of my Till Death swag and Michael Will magnets, pins, stickers come from them. If you subscribe to their email list you can get updates on limited runs at only around $20 a pop too.
3. Freezing Your Credit
This one isn’t as exciting as swag or software, but I know a few people who have been victims of identity fraud and this is the #1 tip they wish they would have done.
Honestly, the process sucks and isn’t easy. It’s free, but it takes time to set up an account with the three major credit bureaus — Equifax, Experian and TransUnion and individually to freeze your credit on each.
Also, they may try and sell you a credit “lock” but you want the freeze. It’s free and made available to all consumers as a right.
If you want to read more about the process, NerdWallet has an article here. I’m sure a Google search could help with the specifics as well.
This is just a PSA <3
Love you guys, thanks for tuning in! I would love to know what you think of the picks this week?
