Allegheny Commons Park Engagement | Kaiti & Will

June 8, 2019

I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a happier couple than Kaiti & Will! They were ready for adventure and we traveled all around Pittsburgh for some pretty epic photos. We started at Allegheny Commons Park with their two ADORABLE dogs before heading downtown to the 6th Street Bridge and the North Shore for some classic Pittsburgh shots! Kaiti and Will will be tying the knot at Lingrow Farm in October of 2018 so stay tuned for more amazing photos of this adorable pair!

Their Story

Will was living in Washington PA, and Kaiti in southside. They were each out with a group of friends. Kaiti was on her way back to her girlfriend’s house to call it a night when they passed Finn McCool’s (a bar right on east carson), they decided to hit one last bar before heading home. They walked in, and there’s a group of guys. Kaiti started talking to one, when she felt someone nudge her arm and ask if he could buy her a drink. There was Will :) He mentioned he was in the military, and Kaiti thought it was a pick-up line and didn’t believe him. She made him show her his military ID. Will pulled it out and they laughed. They spent the rest of the night dancing and singing to NSYNC and other ridiculous songs.

To propose, Will took her to an old lighthouse and walked down to the beach and watched the light shine in the cold night air. Then Will told her how much he loved her and got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Kaiti didn’t even hesitate, “yes ” was the first thing out of her mouth. The rest was history!
