Oakmont Country Club Wedding

Julia & Scott had a beautiful, soft & romantic wedding at Oakmont Country Club the last weekend of June! The ceremony was at the beautiful St Catherine of Sweden Church in Allison Park. Julia wore an absolutely breathtaking trumpet lace dress with cap sleeves and an amazing cathedral length veil. The bridesmaids wore a soft pink gown and decor used accents of gold and green. Their day truly was one of the most elegant, loving, and romantic weddings ever. Hope you enjoy the photos!

Their Story

This love story began when two Pittsburgh kids moved back home to the ‘burgh for law school. When their legal writing professor told them on the first day of law school that every year two of his students fall in love with each other, they had no idea what their future held. From sitting next to each other in EVERY class and helping each other survive the first year of law school, these two best friends realized at the beginning of their second year that their legal writing professor could add another couple to his matchmaker list.

From that point on, the grad-school sweethearts went on date nights to their favorite restaurants, attended an unhealthy amount of sporting events (both professional and Julia’s 7 and 9 year-old brothers), picked up a new hobby (boxing), and even managed to find time to study for and pass the bar exam in-between!
