We are SO excited to finally share the photos from our Fairmont Editorial a few weeks ago! I had the opportunity to work with the most amazing dream team, and it’s obvious how talented each and every one of them are. Not only was the shoot a blast, but it’s so refreshing to create something just for the fun of it.
The room was designed and executed by Mocha Rose. April and team transformed the breathtaking Fairmont Grand Ballroom into a luxurious, romantic, and what we’ve been affectionately calling a “greyscale” wonderland. Her design team brought the vision to life with elegant tall floral pieces and ghost candelabras accented in a palette of greyscales and beautiful white flowers. Dressed in gowns from Luna Boutique, our model Kaci was breathtaking in her A-line lace bodice and tulle skirt gown. Her hair by the sensational Simply Captivating Salon had a modern 1950’s Hollywood feel, while Pittsburgh Make Up gave her a glamorous yet natural, angelic look. Kaci & our “groom” Coleman were total pros and made everything we threw at them look good.
As the evening started to fall, Kaci slipped into a sheer, chiffon, beaded dress while Coleman rocked another killer jacket from Commonwealth Proper. After taking advantage of the Fairmont’s gorgeous floor to ceiling windows, we explored the spectacular F2 hotel bar.
To end the evening, Kaci rocked a killer strapless cocktail dress. We explored the F2 restaurant before wandering the streets of Pittsburgh under the city lights.
I can’t say enough about our incredible team. We could not have pulled this off without everyone’s killer talent and collaboration.
Hope you enjoy the images!
