Who doesn’t love a winter wedding!? Especially one this beautiful. 😍

Being that it’s 2020, this was a pivot, but Nina & David (with the help of Alexis Allen & the Shayla Hawkin’s Team) made it all work!

I don’t think a Wilson Lodge reception has ever looked this good!

The outside was tented for a beautiful cocktail hour and welcome reception the night before. The ceremony was just across the river in Ohio and we found some stellar stone archways to make a unique backdrop for the couple.

Oglebay is not short on photo locations either! We had our pick of stunning views, the mansion, lakeside, golf courses, and of course everything Christmas.

We caught the sunrise just in time and found a beautiful hill and pine trees. I think you’ll like it ;)

Their Story

The week leading up to the engagement, Dave kept telling me that he wanted to go for a walk on Sunday morning by the river and see the Christmas tree at the Point. We were already staying downtown as his work Christmas party was Saturday evening. The next morning, we got up and took a walk to see “the lights” (I say it because it was 10 am and there were no Christmas lights on) at the point. When we were standing in front of the Christmas tree, out of the corner of my eye I see our dog coming running over to us. I looked back at Dave and he was down on one knee asking me to marry him. I said yes right away!
