Succop Nature Park Wedding

Fall wedding season is upon us, and we couldn’t be more PUMPED! Erica & Justin kicked it off with a GORGEOUS wedding at one of my favorite Pittsburgh wedding venues, Succop Nature Park! Burgondy, green, and copper set the palette for this beautiful outdoor wedding. Erica rocked a BEAUTIFUL and unique gown from Luna Boutique with bold make up by the very talented Bri Mattise. Erica & Justin were just the coolest couple and a joy to work with all day. And their bridal party was a BLAST too! So full of energy and vibrant smiles the entire day. Also, these wedding guests knew how to party- it was one of the most fun dance floors I think I’ve seen all year. Congratulations to Erica & Justin!

Their Story

Erica and Justin met back in 2012. Erica had accepted an internship at Stage AE where Justin had been working at the time.

“A mutual friend of ours, who also worked at Stage AE had introduced the two of us(thanks Jeremy !!) After a show one night. It was weird because Justin said, “Hi I’m Justin, you’re ‘Schonbachler’ right?!” HE DIDN’T KNOW MY FIRST NAME BUT HE KNEW MY LAST. I responded with something along the lines of “That’s creepy” and introduced myself as Erica. ”

It wasn’t long before the two started talking and became friends. Work forced Justin to move to Columbus later that same year so the two never had a chance to take things further.

In 2014 after moving back from Columbus, Justing reached out to Erica to catch up and grab a drink at Hal’s. The two of them spent the evening catching up and sharing stories. The following week they had their first date at Nicky’s Thai Kitchen.
