Pittsburgh Engagement
Our awesome associate photographer team, Sean & John, captured these killer images of Kate & Matt in Pittsburgh! Talk about a sweet couple! These two were bursting in love and excitement for their upcoming wedding, and it totally shows! They even changed into football gear for a few fun photos at the end of the shoot. They’ll be tying the knot this November at Pittsburgh Golf Club and we seriously cannot wait.
Their Story
From Matt: We met on Tinder and our first date was at Sonoma Grille downtown (now is Le Lyonnais). We had a couple glasses of wine and a meat and cheese appetizer platter. After our first date, Kate had a two week business trip to India and we had our second date at Sienna on the Square when she returned. After our second date, we both started to feel a strong connection and gradually starting spending more and more time together.
On weekends we enjoy taking walks in different areas around town. This has included North Shore, Southside (by the river), Frick Park, Schenley Park and the trails on Mt. Washington. On the day of the proposal, Matt asked Kate to casually go out for a walk on Mt. Washington. We parked near Monterey Bay Fish Grotto and upon overlooking the city, Matt proposed to Kate. One of Matt’s friend hid in the bushes nearby and was able to get several action shots of the proposal and the joyful smiles after Kate said yes!
