Your name interests me. I am decended from a Mabon family who lived in a village called Midlem in the Scottish Borders through the 19th century. I know some emigrated to America in the 19th and 20th century (some to Connecticut) In fact the American golfer Scot Mabon Hough is from this family. His grandmother was my mothers cousin.
